This is what I call a foam board painting, where I replace traditional canvas with foam board. Foam board is an industrial material used for home insulation and makes an excellent support for these ingredients.
After mounting the foam board on plywood I covered it with the metal tape, punched it with several holes, and wipe it over with oil paint. After some time I came in with the foil leaf.
